Fussy Meats has been providing to the people of Perth since 1975, priding itself on old style traditional Butchery services with a modern twist. Delivering some of the finest free range produce from all over Australia, the Fussy crew pride themselves on paddock to plate ethically farmed meats.

We have sourced and chosen suppliers, first and foremost, based on the flavour of their produce, stemming from their passion for paying close attention to every single part of their production. Marco’s Fussy Meats’ philosophy of farmer to butcher to customer, is all about feeding people good honest food and knowing where it comes from.

Fussy Meats Lamb

Nothing screams Australian culinary triumph like a juicy piece of lamb with well rendered crispy fat. The Fussy crew understands the relationship Australians have with prime lamb the rest of the world is jealous of.  We have sourced, in our opinion the best lamb Australia has to offer –  JimJan Texal Stud. Jim and Jan Glover are champion lamb breeders and their trophy case proves that; having taken out Champion carcass at Perth Royal Show 12 times in 19 years. We are lucky enough to be exclusive distributors of Jim and Jan’s lamb.

Fussy Meats has always stood by the philosophy that care for meat starts at the farm. We choose to only stock free range meats including all chicken and poultry. The Fussy crew are proud to be stocking Wagin duck and game.  A small family run local business with fresh free-range poultry, they do everything from breeding, growing, processing and delivery. We know they are fresh, local, free range.
